Passion Fruit Coconut Smoothie

After discovering frozen passion fruit, I can’t get enough of this smoothie. It’s fresh, sweet, and sour in taste and will leave you feeling energized. Personally, I think it rivals coffee as a boost, but I’ll let you be the judge!


 

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup frozen passion fruit

  • 1 frozen banana

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1/2’’ cube of ginger, peeled, roughly chopped

  • 1-2 cups coconut milk (per your taste and desired thickness)

  • Dash of vanilla extract

 

instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients on high for 1-2 minutes (pausing to pulse or add liquid as needed).
