Simply put, this is about feeling good and keeping it real. With holistic living at its core, I created Haus of Ojas to offer personal coaching, organizational offerings, and recipe development to get you started, or keep you inspired, on your journey to improved well-being.
In our work together, I’ll help you (re)learn to trust your body (yes, even your cravings hold wisdom), and feel good in your own skin. I’ll meet you where you’re at and support you in developing a relationship of inspiration, love, and healing with food. We’ll also explore Ayurvedic principles, which influence my work, because diet and digestion are central to minimizing disease and promoting health in the Ayurvedic tradition. You’ll learn to leverage your ‘doshic makeup,’ or unique body constitution, to determine what foods, activities, and daily rhythms work best for you. In a world that promotes one diet trend (fad) after another, we’ll cut through the noise and talk about realistic ways for you to accomplish your goals (and sustain your success).
If you’re part of an organization and want your employees, or participants to view their health as a resource in productivity and innovation, I develop customized sessions that focus on practical takeaways. Knowledge gained from a presentation, workshop, or event can be applied to individual lifestyles right away. Your group will also benefit from an emphasis on creating a culture of health within your organization.
